A bit of a bargain
I was intent on getting an FX5900 after playing Doom 3 at 11fps. I had intially order one from Dabs at a total of £105, and it was an XT version. It would have be sufficient for my needs, but Dabs were awaiting stock.Today, I popped down to Pcworld, saw a FX5900, I asked how much it was and I was told £89.99. Whether it was an offer or a mistake, I wasn't hanging round long enough for them to change their minds. So, for the first time ever, I've managed to get a bargain from Pcworld!
I'm getting a sweet 40fps now :-)
