Localisation help needed

Aftering adding a preferences dialog, there is now an extra file in my extension that needs to be localised.
translate_prefs.dtd needs to be localised for Italian, French and German, if anyone is willing to help, drop me an email. I've localised the Romanian version myself.

Translate is available in 5 languages; English, French, German, Italian, and Romanian. Again, if anybody wants to contribute to increasing the number of available languages then drop me an email. The files that need localising are:
