Unless Google or Bablefish implement this, then unfortunately no.

Hi Paul

Great idea for an extension!

I sometimes need to translate things from English to a frogin language. For example, when I find an info I need in a French forum, and if I need to ask a question there, I uses google to translate it to French.

So, can you add some kind of 'english to...' functionality?
(the current option to set 'my' language, is not fluent enough for right-click ability)

Thanx!

Hello Paul,

very nice work!

is it possible to Auto-detect language of the page?
I know google does that or at least google toolbar does that.

becuase most of the time i dont know what language is page written in and i have to try 2-3 languages to get it right. i end up on those pages with my search on google or feedster and have no clue in what language they are but they look useful.

and should translating whole page from Tools->Translate open result in new tab? just like highlighting text and translating through context menu does.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

Any chance of integrating WorldLingo translator into this extension?

BabelFish is useless for translating Yahoo Japan but WorldLingo works great.

A great Idea, but I needed something to translate FROM English to Russian so I can send articles to a friend in her language. I tried changing my "home' language to Russian and translating the English to Russian, but that didn't work. I got a blank page.
Any ideas?
Thanks
